With the 1994 football cards Bowman issued their first set of borderless cards. On the back of the card Bowman tried a unique style of player statistics. They broke down each player's year by division play, conference play, grass and turf games, home and road games, and their totals for the year. They did not include a player biography. Defensive Tackle Romeo Bandison is the only rookie card in the 1994 Browns team set. On the front of the card his name is misspelled on the tape on his helmet. The back of his card states that he was born in the Netherlands and is of Surinamian descent.
