Action Packed Company created and issued football cards from 1990-1997. Pinnacle Brands acquired Action Packed in 1995 and Donruss/Playoff Brands acquired Pinnacle in 1998. These cards were embossed photos of players in action during a game and were twice as thick as traditional football cards. The backs of the 1995 cards now had the Pinnacle name on them and no longer included an "Action Note". The 1995 Browns Team Set had only one rookie card, quarterback Eric Zeier.
